摘　　要：本文给出了不完全双二次非协调板元和完全三次非协调板元的新变分公式，目的在于降低对泛函／的要求和简化实际计算同时也分析了收敛性，给出了收敛阶．it is well known that we require that the function f∈L2(Ω) in solving biharmonicequation using incomplete biquadratic nonconforming plate element and the complete cubic nonconforming plate element which are not co nonconforming elements. To lower thisrequirement, a new variational formulation with weaker assumption is given. Moreover, theerror order is obtained associated with above two nonconforming elements.
