摘　　要：鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG(ATCC53103)是从健康人体内分离而得,也是目前全球研究最多的益生菌之一。该菌能够耐受动物消化道环境,具有能够在人和动物肠道内定植,起到调节肠道菌群、预防和治疗腹泻、排除毒素、提高机体免疫力和预防龋齿等功能特性。本文综述了近年来对LGG功能的研究状况,并提出了个人的观点和展望。L.rhamnosus strain LGG（ATCC 53103）,was discovered from healty person by two American professors.It is the best documentated probiotics in the world. It can tolerate intestinal conditions and adhere both to intestinal mucus and to epithelial cells ,The functional properties of LGG include balancing the host＇s intestinal microflora,reducing the risk of diarrhoea,binding and eliminating toxins,enhancing the immunity and lowering the risk of dental caries. This article summarized the research of functions of LGG in recent years and put forward the writer＇s personal viewpoint and prospect.
