磁处理对食用菌菌丝生长的生物学效应研究

摘　　要：[目的]筛选最佳磁处理条件,为磁处理在食用菌菌种生产中的有效应用提供理论依据和参数。[方法]以食用菌(杏鲍菇、秀珍菇、灵芝和香菇)菌丝体为对象,用61、21、72、7 mT 4种磁感应强度进行不同时间的磁处理,研究磁场对食用菌菌丝体生长所产生的正负生物学效应,从而筛选出具有正生物学效应的最佳磁处理条件。[结果]不同磁处理条件对几种试验材料所产生的生物学效应不同;同一试验材料在不同磁处理条件下产生的生物学效应也不同。具有正生物学效应的最佳磁处理条件为:杏鲍菇27 mT/40 min;秀珍菇12mT/50 min;灵芝12 mT/30 min;香菇17 mT/30 min。[结论]适当条件的磁处理能够产生良好的正生物学效应,从而能够促进食用菌(杏鲍菇、秀珍菇、灵芝和香菇)的生长。[ Objective] The aim was screen out the optimum conditions of magnetic treatment and provide theoretical basis and parameters for the effective application of magnetic treatment in the production of edible fungi strains. [ Methed] With the mycelia of edible fungi （ Pleurotus eryngii, Pleurotus geesteranus, Ganodenna lucidum and Lentinula edodes ） as objects, magnetic treatments with four magnetic intensities of 6,12,17 and 27 mT were made for different time.The positive and negative biological effects of magnetic field on the mycelial growth of edible fungi were investigated to screen out the optimum magnetic treatment conditions with the positive biological effects. [ Result] Different magnetic treatment conditions had different biological effects on several kinds of test materials. The stone kind of test materials had different biological effects under different magnetic treatment conditions. [ Conclusion ] Magnetic treatment with suitable conditions could produce better positive biological effects so as to promote the growth of edible fungi （ such as Pleurotus eryngii, Pleurotus geesteranus, Ganoderma lucidum and Lentinula edodes ）.tilde optimum magnetic treatment conditious with positive biological effects were as follows： 27 mT/40 min for Pleurotus eryngii, 12 mT/50 min for Pleurotus geesteranus, 12 mT/30 min for Ganoderma lucidum and 17 mT/30min for Lentinula edges.
