海南岛6种药用植物提取物抑菌活性的研究

摘　　要：[目的]测定6种海南药用植物提取物的抑菌活性,为其合理开发提供参考。[方法]采用常规扩散法测定猪肚木(根、茎、叶)、血桐、黄皮(核、叶)、鸡屎藤(茎、叶)、毛鸡屎藤叶、苍耳的不同极性溶剂提取浸膏对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、毛霉和黑曲霉的抑制活性。[结果]猪肚木茎氯仿提取物、血桐没食子酸粗提物、黄皮果核石油醚提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌具有明显的抑制作用,且血桐没食子酸粗提物对毛霉、黑曲霉生长也有抑制作用。[结论]猪肚木茎氯仿提取物、血桐没食子酸粗提物和黄皮果核石油醚提取物具有抗菌活性。[ Objective] The research aimed to study the antimicrobial activities of extracts from 6 kinds of medicinal plants from Hainan Island and provide references for their reasonable development. [Method] The conventional diffusion method was applied to test the antimicrobial activities of different polar solvent extracts from Canthium horridu, Macaranga tanarius, Clausena lansium, Pacderia scandens, Paederia camlerie and Xanzhium sibiricum on Escherichia coli, Streptomyces aureus, Bacillus subtilis, mucor and Aspergillus niger, respectively. [ Result ] The chloroform extracts from C. horridu, gallic acid crude extracts from M. tanarius, petroleum ether extract from fruit core of C. Ianstium had obvious antimicrobial effects on E. coli, B. subtili and S. aureus. And gallic acid crude extracts from M. tanarius had antimicrobial effects on mucor and A. niger. [Conclusion] The chloroform extracts from C. horridu, gallic acid crude extracts from M. tanarius and petroleum ether extracts from fruit core of C. lansium had antimicrobial activities.
