摘 要:介绍了一种基于模糊控制的啤酒大麦麦芽干燥室温度控制系统的设计方法,论述了该控制系统的工作原理及参数的选择,MATLAB仿真结果表明,用模糊控制方式实现的温度调节系统在运行稳定性、响应速度等方面,控制性能较佳,而且成本低、实时性好,能有效降低系统能耗,具有广阔的开发应用前景.A strategy of temperature and humidity control in drying room of beer barley malt based on fuzzy control and method of its implementation are proposed. The selection of parameters for the structure of the regulatory device, as well as the essential points relevant to the design generalized from control rules based on the existing experience, are expounded in this paper. A temperature fuzzy controller is thus constructed using relevant fuzzy logic, and humidity control is achieved by relay, ensuri humidity to control the temperature, achieving the temperature's fuzzy control and control process by single chip microcomputer. The performance of this temperature regulatory system ng the the situation of the humidity real-time experimental result shows that the temperature control following the mode of fuzzy control, especially in the ways of working stability and response speed and so on, can be controlled basically in given values. The device has low cost and good real-time, greatly improving the economic efficiency of enterprise. Therefore, it is believed to have a promising prospect of extensive application.
