摘 要:目的:调查分析喀什市维吾尔族膳食营养状况。方法:2005-05/08在新疆喀什市及周边县与乡的维吾尔族人群中进行2型糖尿病遗传资源的收集与保护调查分析。共收集糖尿病家系、非糖尿病家系、散发糖尿病及非糖尿病人总计2775人。其中随机调查了422人的膳食状况。男208人,女214人。小于20岁占6.4%,20~39岁占40.6%,40~59岁占37.7%,60岁以上占15.3%。所有患者均经过知情谈话并签署知情同意书。采用入户3日称重法和24h回忆法对喀什市422人进行膳食调查。结果:喀什市平均每人每日的能量摄入量为9964.03kJ,占每日营养素建议摄取量的91.60%,其中蛋白质每人每日的摄入量为66.45g,占每日营养素建议摄取量的83.06%,脂肪为48.95g,碳水化合物的摄入量为418.79g,均低于每日营养素建议摄取量;维生素和微量元素的摄入量普遍缺乏,尤其以钙和维生素A最为显著,分别是235.01mg和21.76μg,仅占每日营养素建议摄取量的1/4。结论:新疆喀什市维吾尔族特有的饮食结构可能导致了大营养物质摄入比例不合理及各种小营养物质的摄入缺乏,建议试图做相应的调整和改变。AIM: To investigate the dietary pattern and nutritional condition of Uygur residents of Kashi city in Xinjiang. METHODS: A collection and investigation on genetic resources of type 2 diabetes mellitus in Uygur residents was performed in Kashi city and its peripheral countries and townships in Xinjiang from May to August in 2005. A total of 2 775 residents including diabetic pedigree, non-diabetic pedigree, sporadic patients with diabetes mellitus, and persons without diabetes mellitus were collected. 422 of them, 208 male and 214 female, were randomly selected and their dietary pattern were investigated. Among them below 20 years old was 6.4%, 20 39 years old was 40.6%, 40-59 years old was 37.7%, and more than 60 years old was 15.3%. All participants were informed and written consent was obtained. Their individual intakes were obtained by using weighing method and 24-hour recalls method. RESULTS: The average of daily energy intake was 9 964.03 kJ per man, which was 91.60% of recommended dietary allowance. Protein intake was 66.45 g, which was 83.06% of recommended dietary allowance. Fat intake was 48.95 g, and carbohydrate intake was 418.79 g. Both of them were lower than their recommended dietary allowance. The intake of vitamins and trace elements were general lack, especial the calcium and vitamin A. The intake of calcium and vitamin A were 235.01 mg and 21.76 p g, respectively, which were only 25% of their recommended dietary allowance. CONCLUSION: The irrationality of proportion of macronutrient and lake of micronutrient are resulted from specific dietary pattern of Uygur residents. It is essential to adjust or change it.
