摘  要:现代交通中,车辆速度检测在实时性、准确性等方面存在不足,故引入了一种基于视频的车速测量方法。在嵌入式技术的支持下,通过高速CCD传感器采集视频信息并实时量化,然后在DSP的支持下以相对小的系统规模,高速准确地抓拍超速车辆视频,再经过视频图像分析和算法处理,准确得出车辆速度。该系统以ARM作为主控,以FPGA作为数据堆栈,实时性强,满足了高速视频信息处理的速度要求,有利于快速检测出车辆的即时速度,进而准确判断车辆超速情况。In modern transportation, vehicle speed detection is weak in rapidity and veracity. Hence, a speed detection method based on vision was introduced. Under the supports of embedded technology and DSP, the video information was quickly captured by the high speed CCD sensor and quantified in time, and the over-speed vehicle video was obtained with a relatively small system. After the visual image processing and algorithm processor, the speed was quickly and correctly worked out. This system takes ARM as the main control, and FPGA as the data stack, and meets the needs of the high-speed video information processing; therefore, it is helpful to detect the speed quickly and make a correct judgment.
