摘　　要：柳宗元作为一个思想家、文学家,继承和发展了孔子、荀况、王充等人的思想,强调德育在教育中的重要地位。他的一生不但重视教育理论,更重视教育实践,注重教育的施教方法,主张儒、佛调和,教育要培养"忠君、孝亲",符合"公之大者"和具有"生人之意"政治理想的人才;提出"顺天致性"教育方法和"交以为师"的师生关系主张,对现代教育发展起着重要的影响。As a thinker and writer, Liu Zongyuan kept the succession and development of minds that originated from Confucius, Xunkuang, Wangchong and so forth, at the same time, he also highlighted moral education＇s important role in education. Throughout his life, he paid attention not only to educational theory, but much more to practice. Yet, he emphasized the teaching ways of education, claimed the harmonious of Confucianism and Buddhism. In his opinion, education should culture ＂loyalty and piety＂. The teaching way ＂Compliance Reaches the Best Equality Contributes to Alliance＂ that referred to the teacher-student relationship had played an important impact on the development of modem education.
