摘　　要：水稻中重金属污染比较严重,一直受到人们的普遍关注,但大米制品中重金属的污染的报道很少,特别是国外的一些产品.本文报道了大米制品中重金属Cd和Pb的含量,在所有检测的大米制品中,90%的产品满足我国2005年颁布的《食品中污染物限量》标准,不过米酒中Cd污染比较严重.Contamination of heavy metals in rice is heavy, which is of particular concern in the world. Little investigation was reported about the contamination of heavy metals in rice products, especially in the rice products from oversea. The contents of Cd and Pb in the rice products were investigated in this study. In all of the products tested, 90% of rice products are under the maximum level of heavy metals, which is issued in 2005 by our government, Cd levels exceed the maximum level in most rice spirit.
