独立学院辅导员队伍职业化的可行性研究

摘　　要：辅导员职业化主要是针对高校辅导员队伍长期存在的队伍相对年轻、工作投入程度及水平参差不齐、流动性过大而造成的大学生思想政治教育实效性大打折扣的现状提出的。而造成这一问题的主要症结之一就是辅导员目前仍是高校学生管理工作中的一个阶段性岗位,而不是一种可以让人终其一生的职业。对于独立学院而言,辅导员队伍既充当着学生教育管理的中坚力量,又是行政人员中的主干,可率先实现职业化。The professionalization of instructors aims to solve the long-term problems with the instructor team in colleges and universities, such as teachers＇ being relatively young, lack of experience, different levels of commitment and quality and short-run work, which have greatly reduced the effectiveness of college students＇ moral education. One crux of these problems is that the instructor work is regarded only as an interim position in the college administration rather than a life-long career. For the independent college, the instructor group is not only the core force of student management and education, but also the main force of its administrative staff, so it can play a leading role in professionalizing instructors.
