摘  要:为揭示碱性果胶酶精练的机制,促进碱性果胶酶在棉织物精练中的应用,采用着色法评价棉针织物碱性果胶酶精练效果,试验结果表明棉纤维采用碱性果胶酶精练取得了良好的效果。分别采用变焦显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜对精练前后棉纤维的表面形态进行观察,并对其表面形态变化作了分析。通过分析得出,棉纤维经过碱性果胶酶精练后除去了杂质,呈现出棉纤维的原纤结构,从而揭示出碱性果胶酶精练去除棉纤维表面杂质的机制。In order to reveal the principle of alkaline pectinase scouring and to promote its application to the scouring of cotton fabric, the paper adopted the staining method to assess the effect of alkaline pectinase scouring of knitted cotton fabric. The experimental results revealed that good scouring effect of the knitted cotton fabric has been achieved with alkaline pectinase. Furthermore, the surface morphological structures of the raw cotton fibers, the cotton fibers scoured with alkaline pectinase, and the cotton fibers scoured with caustic soda were examined by using the zoom microscope, scan electron microscope and atomic force micl^oscope. It was found that the cotton fibers treated by alkaline peetinase exhibited fibril structures without impurities, thus disclosing the principle of removal of impurities of cotton fibers by alkaline pectinase scouring.
