摘 要:研究了反相高效液相色谱法测定玉米中玉米赤霉烯酮含量的方法。玉米样品粉碎后经体积分数为90%的乙腈溶液超声提取,过滤,旋转蒸发浓缩,高效液相色谱分离,荧光检测器检测,外标法定量。对添加玉米赤霉烯酮浓度为120μg/kg的玉米样品进行了加标回收实验,回收率为87.0%-96.4%,日内相对标准偏差为5.8%,目间相对标准偏差为4.0%,该方法检出限为10μg/kg。表明该方法回收率较高,重现性较好,适合大批量检测。Determination of zearalenone in corn was studied by high performance liquid chromatography. Ground corn sample was extracted through acetonitrile solution with a volume fraction of 90% by ultrasonic wave, and then fihered, concentrated by rotary evaporation, separated by high performance liquid chromatography, detected hy a fluorescence detector and quantified by external standard method. A standard recovery test for corn sample with added zearalenone in concentration of 120 μg/kg was carried out, the recovery rate was 87.0% - 9614% , the deviation of daily inner phase to standard was 5.8% and the deviation of daily intermediate phase to standard was 4.0%. The detection limit of this method was 10μg/kg. This indicated that this method can realize a higher recovery rate and a good reproducibility, so it is suitable for detection in a large batch.
