摘 要:考试作为社会人才教育和选拔的一种有效机制,已在中国乃至世界延续了千余年。因其本身具有的相对公平性,已经被人们广泛接受。在我国由于优质资源相对贫乏,因此在资源的分配考试中出现很多不公平的竞争现象,有些已严重影响了社会和谐,所以建立相对公平、公正的考试制度对于促进教育公平、实现社会和谐发展势在必行。为此,我们进行了问卷调查,收集到了我们认为较珍贵的信息,为使大家能参与"我国考试制度中公平性的缺失与完善"课题的讨论研究,我们公布出问卷的全部内容以供参考,集思广益,在调查研究的基础上,共同提出遏制教育腐败、改革考评机制,促进终身学习,弘扬诚信文化,完善我国各级各类考试制度的措施和途径。As an effective mechanism in social talent education and personnel selection, examination has a long history of more than 1000 years in China and even in the world. What's more, it has been widely accepted because of its relative fairness. In our country, due to the relatively poor quality of resources, there are a lot of phenomena of unfair competition in the examination of the allocation of resources, which has seriously affected the social harmony. So it is imperative under the situation to establish a relatively fair and impartial examination system for the promotion of equitable education and the development of social harmony. To study this problem, we conducted a questionnaire survey to collect valuable data. To let everyone take part in the discussion of this subject - "the lack of fairness and improvement of the examination system in our country", we, on the basis of co-education, published the entire contents of the questionnaire in this article so as to provide reference information, draw on the wisdom of the masses, promote measures and means to curb education corruption, reform the appraisal mechanism, promote lifelong learning, advocate the culture of integrity, and improve the examination system at all levels.
