在民族院校开展心理健康教育工作的思考

摘　　要：民族院校的学生作为大学生中一个特殊群体,既有普通大学生一般的心理特点,也有民族院校大学生尤其是少数民族学生自身特殊的心理矛盾与问题。针对这种情况,在民族院校要建立一个大学生心理咨询与教育机构并逐渐建立专业化心理健康教育师资队伍,利用"校园媒体"宣传心理健康知识和开设选修课增强学生的心理调适能力,同时通过建立学生心理档案和培训班级心理健康信息员等方式构建起一套大学生心理问题筛查、干预、跟踪和控制的长效工作机制。As a special group, students in Minorities College have ordinary psychological features of general universities＇ students, as well as the special psychological contradictions and problems of ethnic students. For this case, we establish a consultation and education center, provide specialized teachers, making use of ＂campus media＂ to propagate psychological healthy knowledge and reinforce students＂ adaptabilities by opening selective courses, meanwhile forming a long effective working system by setting up students＇ psychological documents and training messengers to prevent and trace psychological problems.
