摘　　要：疫苗食品是指一种生产、接种、储运简便、价格低廉的疫苗传输系统。本文在介绍疫苗食品的研制现状的基础上,探讨疫苗食品研发与应用的新进展,并在当前疫苗食品以转基因植物为主流途径的基础上,提出以益生菌为载体,开发疫苗食品的新途径。Food vaccine is presaged as a vaccine transmitting system with the conveniences of productuin, inoculation, storing, transplantation and low price. In this article, base on the introduction of edible vaccine＇s current research, the new progress of the research and application edible vaccines was discussed, its future application forecasted, and based on the mainstream way of producing edible vaccines by using transgenic plant as vector, a new way of edible vaccines development by using probiotics as vector was suggested.
