摘　　要：阐述了新时期对图书馆员进行继续教育的重要性和必要性,提出了图书馆员继续教育的主要内容以及培训方式。This paper expounds the importance and necessity of carrying out the continuous education for the librarians in the new period, and puts forward the main contents and training modes of the continuous education for the librarians.
