摘　　要：目的:了解效益风险评价的国内外研究进展,得出下一步研究的启示。方法:对欧洲、美国、加拿大和国际医学科学组织委员会、国际药物经济学结果研究协会的效益风险评价研究和运用情况与中国的相关情况进行介绍。结果与结论:应将定量分析效益风险以及在决策过程中的运用作为研究方向。Objective：Acquainted with the ongoing research of the benefit-risk Assessment in China and abroad, and find the right direction in this field. Method：Introduce the research progress and application in Eu- rope, the United States, Canada, the Council for International Organizations of Medical Sciences （CIOMS）, Inter- national Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research（ISPOR） and China. Results ＆ Conclusion： The right direction in this field is quantitative analysis of benefit and risk, as well as the application in decision-making process.
