陕西省酿酒葡萄气候区划指标及气候分区研究

摘　　要：根据陕西省95个气象站点20年的气候资料,对目前国内外葡萄区划指标进行了分析和讨论,筛选出适合该省酿酒葡萄气候区划的指标,并研究了该地区酿酒葡萄气候区划。结果表明,采用无霜期作为一级指标,生长季干燥度(4-9月)作为二级指标,埋土防寒线作为三级指标,成熟季干燥度(7-9月)作为四级指标,对陕西省进行酿酒葡萄气候区划是适宜的。通过这一指标体系将陕西省划分为11个气候区,并对不同气候区的适栽度进行评价,其中最佳产区1个,优质产区1个,优良产区3个,一般产区6个。Based on the climate data of 95 meteorological stations in Shaanxi province in the past 20 years, the zoning indexes of viticulture in and abroad are classified and discussed in this paper. The suitable indices and system are chosen to study the climatic zoning in Shaanxi province. The results show that Frost Free Days as the first index, Dryness Index （from April to September） as the secondary index, Mean lowest temperature below -15℃ as the tertiary index and Precipitation of the mature （from July to September） as the forth index are suitable for viticultural climatic zoning in Shaanxi province. By applying this zoning system, Shaanxi province is divided into 11 cultivated zones, one zone is the best area for viticulture, one can produce the highest quality grape, three zones are of high quality and six zones are of general quality.
