摘　　要：广西师范大学是全国首批教育硕士专业学位教育试办学校,在教育硕士的培养和管理过程中,我校注意合理应用教育信息化技术,较好地解决了教育硕士培养过程中由于异地求学、工学矛盾突出等影响教育硕士培养质量的问题。全文围绕教育硕士培养和管理中存在的时空尴尬、教育信息化的特点及优势、教育信息化在教育硕士培养和管理过程中的应用案例等几个方面展开论述。Guangxi normal university is one of the first batch master of education universities to set up as an experiment in China, in training and management of master education personnel, our university paid attention to reasonable application information --based education technology, solving the problems of master education quality. The full text discussed the difficulty in master education and personnel training from the space to time, the information--based education characteristic and the superiority, the information--based education application case in master education and personnel training and management.
