摘 要:研究了pH和温度对小荚蛏淀粉酶和纤维素酶活性的影响。结果表明:pH和温度对淀粉酶和纤维素酶活性的影响差异显著;当温度在5~75℃之间,小荚蛏淀粉酶的最适温度为35-45℃,纤维素酶的最适温度为45℃;在不同的pH条件下。淀粉酶的最适pH为5.6~6.2,纤维素酶的最适pH为4.2~4.6。实验测定结果表明小荚蛏的淀粉酶活性远高于纤维素酶活性。In this paper, the effects of temperature and pH on the digestive enzymes amylase and cellulose of Siliqua minima were studied. The results showed that temperature and pH have remarkable influence on the digestive enzymes. To Siliqua minima, between temperature 5 ℃ and 75 ℃, the optimum temperature of amylase was from 35 ℃ to 45℃ and the optimum temperature of cellulose was 45℃, while the optimum pH of amylase was from 5.6 to 6.2 and the optimum pH of cellulose Was from 4.2 to 4.6. The results also showed that the activity of amylase was much higher than that of cellulose.
