摘　　要：总结美国、日本、英国体育教育专业人才培养过程中的一致做法,思考我国基础教育学校体育改革先于高校体育教育专业的现状,认为我国高校体育院系应该虚心吸取经验,更新教学理念,分阶段完善课程结构体系,推进教学实习方式的改革,优化人才培养过程,实现体育教育专业人才培养与基础教育学校体育工作需求的完美对接。After summing up the similar methods of PE major personnel training in USA, Japan and Britain and deliberating the reform of the school sports and PE major personnel training, the author thinks that the PE department should be open - minded, update the teaching conception, improve the curriculum structure, promote the reform of teaching practice and optimize the personnel training process, so as to realize the perfect conjunction between the personnel training and the demands of the school sports.
