摘  要:高速逆流色谱是一种连续液-液色谱技术,具有无固相载体、样品无需严格预处理等优点,在中药、生化、食品、天然产物化学、环境分析等领域有着广泛的应用。本文介绍了高速逆流色谱的工作原理及特点,及其在植物活性成分分离制备和植物化学分析中的应用,并展望了高速逆流色谱的发展趋势。High- speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) is a kind of continuous liquid- liquid distribution/partition chromatography with the unique feature of eliminating the use of a solid support, which subsequently eliminates all complications arising there from, such as absorptive and selection of solvent, It has been widely used in the separation and purification of Chinese herbal medicines,natural products and foods as in biochemistry,in environmental chemistry analysis as well.The work principle and characteristic of HSCCC were reported and HSCCC application in separations and analysis of plant' s activated substances were introduced in this article.Besides the trend of HSCCC development was also prospected.
