摘 要:目的探讨胃癌和大肠癌患者外周血淋巴细胞Mg2+-ATP酶和G-6-P酶活性变化与肿瘤生物学行为的关系。方法应用光镜酶细胞化学方法对人外周血淋巴细胞Mg2+-ATP酶与G-6-P酶定位,探讨酶活性与肿瘤生物学行为的关系。结果Mg2+-ATPase定位在淋巴细胞膜下方,G-6-Pase定位在细胞质内;两种酶平均光密度(AOD)值在胃癌和大肠癌患者组明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),且低分化癌组低于高分化癌组(P<0.01),无淋巴结转移组高于有转移组(P<0.05)。结论外周血淋巴细胞Mg2+-ATP酶与G-6-P酶活性与胃肠肿瘤恶性度呈负相关。Objective To study the activities changes of Mg^2+-ATPase and G-6-Pase in the peripheral blood lymphoeytes in patients with stomach cancer and colorectal carcinoma. Methods The localization and activities of Mg^2+- ATPase and G-6-Pase were examined by using the light microscopic cytochemical method. Result The reaction granules of Mg^2+-ATPase were seen clearly beneath the cell membrane, granules of G-6-Pase were mainly observed in the cytoplasm. The average optic density (AOD) values of Mg^2+-ATPase and G-6-Pase were lower in patients with stomach cancer or colorectal carcinoma than in normal ones (P〈0.01), and lower in lower differentiated cancer than in higher differentiated cancer (P〈0.01), and lower in lymph node metastasis than in non-lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05). Conclusion The activities of Mg^2+-ATPase and G-6-Pase in the peripheral blood lymphocyte are negatively corelated to the malignent degree of stomach cancer and eolorectal carcinoma.
