摘　　要：由于高等职业教育在国内是一个新生事物,因此在它的发展之初难免会遇到一些问题、困难,这些问题、困难给高职院校教师带来了一些心理障碍。文章从社会、环境、压力、家庭四方面阐释了高职院校教师心理障碍产生的原因,并在此基础上提出了消减高职院校教师心理障碍的措施。Higher vocational education is a newborn thing in China. So, at the beginning of its development, there are some problems and difficulties which will bring some mental handicap for the teachers in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the causes from four aspects： society, environment, pressure and family and puts forward the measures to lessen the mental handicap.
