摘  要:目的了解宁波市护士的工作满意度和职业需求,提出管理对策。方法自行设计护士工作满意度调查表和职业需求问卷,对宁波市200名护士进行问卷调查,运用SAS 8.0统计软件、Excel 2001软件对数据进行统计描述及排序。结果护士工作满意度前3位条目分别为家人支持、护士人际关系、护士长管理方式,护士对社会地位、劳动价值、奖金分配的不满意程度呈递减趋势。职业需求以保障护士人身安全为首要,其次为获得患者及家属的尊重理解、科内护士工作伙伴的协作精神。结论护士工作满意度的提高有赖于社会对护理工作的认同以及对护士劳动价值的肯定,同时营造良好的职业环境,确保护士工作的安全性。Objective To study the job satisfaction and character of occupation need for nurses in Ningbo and find out management strategies. Method Investigate 200 nurses in Ningbo by self--designed job satisfaction and character of occupation need questionnaire. Statistically diseribe and arrange the data by SASS. 0 and Excel 2001. Result The first three items are family support, relation among nurses and management style of head nurse. The unsatisfatction level is lower from social position, labour value to salary allocation. Safety assurance is the most important in occupation need, while understanding of patients and their family, cooperantion between companions are the next. Conclusion The improvement of job satisfaction for nurses rely on the agreement for nursing care from the society and affirmation on nursing labour value, while providing a nice working environment and assuring the safety of job at the same time.
