摘 要:伴随着全球化浪潮的涌现,世界各国的教师教育机构莫不视多元文化教育为教师培养的重点,多元文化教育理念下教师教育探讨的核心问题是使教师具备一定文化知识、态度及能力以使课程和教学技巧适合多样性的学生,这是教师专业发展的新取向,也是传统培养计划中常常忽视的。从知识目标、态度与情感目标、行为目标三个方面审视多元文化教育理念下教师的培养目标,可以帮助我们更深入地了解其内涵。Most institutions of teacher education in the world regard the multicultural education as the key point of teacher education. The teacher's knowledge, the manner and ability is the core question of the teacher education under the muldcultural education so that they can make their courses and teaching skill fit for multiple students.But they are also neglected in the traditional plans even though they are the new orientation of teacher professional development. The analysis on the goals of multicultural teacher education from such three aspects as knowledge,attitude and emotion as well as behavior, which can help us know about its connotation deeply.
