摘　　要：介绍一种基于ADμC812微控制器的啤酒发酵温度控制系统。该系统能对发酵温度进行巡回检测、显示和报警,同时采用增量式PID控制算法对温度进行智能控制。经过实际测试,该系统取得了较为满意的控制效果。The temperature control system of the beer ferment based on ADμC812 was introduced. This control system can measure and display the values of temperature, it can alarm when the temperature is not in given level, It can intelligently control the temperature by increment PID. The test result showed that this system could achieve quite good control performance.
