摘 要:文章运用有限元数值模拟方法模拟了车门外板凹陷变形过程,对其抗凹性进行了分析和评价,并采用数值模拟的方法对优化方案的可行性进行了验证。研究表明,有限元方法可以便利地预测和评定覆盖件的抗凹性能,为覆盖件结构的优化设计和材料选取提供理论指导和数据依据。By means of finite element method (FEM)numerical simulation,the article simulates the deformation process of car door outer panel and analyzes its anti-pit ability.It also proves the feasibility of optimization plan by using the numerical simulation method.The study shows that finite element method is a - ble to predict and assess the panel's anti-pit ability, and also provides instruc - tive theory and data basis for optimizing design of structure and the substitution of the sheet of automobile outer panel.
