摘　　要：生源不足是目前我国生物学教育硕士培养面临的一大困境。造成这一困境的原因是多方面的,教师、学校和教育行政主管部门以及培养院校各有其原因。为改变这一困境,我们需要扩大宣传、完善相关制度、建立有效机制、改变培养模式、提高培养质量,尽快走出招生困境,形成规模效益,为国家培养更多具有较高生物教育、教学理论与实践水平的中学生物学教学的高层次人才。Lack of students is a dilemma which the culture of China＇s biological Master of Education is facing. The causes of the difficulties are many aspects such as teachers, schools andEducational administrative department in charge and training institutions. In order to change this predicament, we need to expand publicity, improve related systems and establish an effective mechanism to change the training mode,improve the quality of training,as soon as possible out of enrollment difficulties and create economies of scale, more training for the state of higher education, teaching theory and Practice level of secondary school biology teaching of high - level personnel.
