摘　　要：实践教学是高等职业教育的重要组成部分，实践教学基地是培养应用型人才的基本条件之一。本文结合天津医学高等专科学校药学专业校内实验实训基地建设的实践，探索高等职业教育药学专业实验实训基地建设的改革与发展，以适应新形势下高等职业教育教学的需求。The practice teaching is an important part of the teaching in higher vocational education. The practice teahing base is one of the basic elements for cultivation of well-trained practice-oriented talents. The paper presented that Tianjin Medical College operated the on-campus practice teaching on the base of pharmacology to investigate the process of reform, development and innovation of the pharmacological field in higher vocational education, so that this construction meets the needs of the present-day higher vocational education better.
