摘　　要：本文从思想政治表现、业务工作能力、创新能力、外语水平、科研能力和身体素质等几个方面，对天津医科大学四届本科毕业生进行了追踪调查。通过调查分析，了解了毕业生的情况，发现了教学中的问题，对改进教学工作、提高教学质量产生了积极的促进作用。The paper carries out an investigation to the hospitals in which the graduates work from Tianjin Medical University in the successive year from 2002 to 2005, and achieves to get the general knowledge of their comprehensive quality which covers such aspects as their ideological and political thoughts, the professional skills, the innovative ability, foreign language proficiency, research ability and physique. The further analysis of this investigation contributes to the awareness of general condition of the graduates from our university and it points out the weakness of our present education. In addition, the paper is bound to do further contribution to the improve teaching quality of our university.
