摘　　要：传统的高等教育只注重课堂教学这种单一的人才培养模式,这种模式对完成高等职业教育的培养目标很难奏效。走教学、生产、科研相结合之路并形成一体化办学模式,对高职教育的发展和学生能力的培养十分必要。The traditional higher education teaching only focuses on personnel training of a single model .To higher vocational education is difficult to complete the training objectives through this mode. It is necessary to develop higher vocational education and build capacity of higher vocational school students during taking the formation of the school system of combining the teaching, production and scientific research. In this paper, the author discusses necessity of ＂combining production, teaching and research＂ and security mechanism of improving mode of school of the ＂combining production, teaching and research＂.
