摘  要:学习策略教学是大学英语教学的主要内容之一。元认知策略作为一种更高层次策略,可以控制和协调各种学习策略,因此元认知策略教学不仅重要而且必要。元认知策略培训应遵循的原则是:分散教学与集中教学相结合,教材内容与策略内容相结合,元认知策略与社会/情感策略相结合,同时注意策略教学效果的反馈与评价。为促进学生英语学习的自主性,应该提高学生对学习过程的元认知意识,帮助他们进行自我评估,并协助他们确立学习目标和制定学习计划,这是元认知策略培训的主要内容。Learning strategies teaching is a main component in college English teaching. Metacognitive strategies, as higher lever strategies, controlling and coordinating other learning strategies, play a key part in learner autonomy of college English learning. The following is the principles of metacognitive strategies training, combining the distributed training with the comprehensive one; integrating the course book materials into the strategies; linking the metacognitive strategies with the social/affective ones; and emphasizing the feedback and the evaluation of the training effect. The content of metacognitive strategies training is to enhance the student's metacognitive consciousness in their English learning, to help them make a self-evaluation, to set down their learning objectives, and to draw up their learning plans.
