摘　　要：长期以来,遥感影像产品的质量检查以人眼目视判断为依据,以"影像清晰、反差适中、色调均匀……"等等定性语言来描述,缺乏客观的、全面的,并易于操作的定量化质量评定标准,这对精化遥感影像质量描述、提高遥感影像应用水平带来了限制和制约。基于MODIS卫星接收站实际工作的需求,对其接收的影像数据进行评价,建立一种定量化的遥感影像质量评价模型,并以此对MODIS影像进行评定,实验证明新的评价模型克服传统影像质量评价方法缺点,可靠地实现影像质量的主客观评价结果相一致。For long time, lacking of the quantitative quality evaluation standard, the DOM quality is evaluated based on the person＇s eye vision, descripted with qualitative language. Based on the requests of MODIS satellite receiving station , which evaluate those received image data, a quantified remote sensing image quality evaluation model is established in this paper. Then the model is used to evaluate the MODIS images. Moreover, the new evaluation model is proved to overcome the shortcomings of those traditional image quality evaluation methods by experiments. Meanwhile,it credibly makes that the subjective evaluation results of image quality are in accord with that of the objective.
