摘 要:研究了纤维素酶、木聚糖酶处理对速生杨BCTMP浆的影响。探讨了酶用量、pH值、温度、时间等因素对浆能耗、成浆物理强度性能和光学性能的影响。结果表明:经过酶处理,浆料的纤维结构变的更疏松,从而利于水分子的溶入,使纤维快速润胀,强化纤维间结合力,显著降低打浆能耗,并有效改善机械浆强度性能和光学性能。通过对比实验发现,纤维素酶在降低打浆能耗、改善物理强度方面较理想,在改善白度性能方面,木聚糖酶效果要优于纤维素酶。The effect of cellulase and xylanase treatment on fast-growing poplar wood refined pulp was studied. The technology parameters of the dosage, pH, temperature, time and were studied, which can affect the refining energy and pulp physical strength property and optical property. The results showed that fiber structure got looser, and water molecule was easier to insert the fiber to make fiber swelling sooner, and the fiber bonding force got stronger, and the refining energy got lower, and the mechanical properties and optical properties got better. It was found that cellulase was a better choice on physical properties improvement, and xylanase was better when meeting the optical properties.
