摘  要:目的从认知、情感和动作技能三方面比较分析男女护生专业学习情况。方法对2005级、2006级护理专业二、三年级男护生51人、女护生220人分别应用自行设计的护生认知能力、情感态度和动作技能自我评估表进行问卷调查。结果男女护生比较,问卷总分女护生高于男护生,其中认知能力男护生高于女护生,情感态度和动作技能女护生高于男护生(均P<0.01);认知能力维度中识记能力女护生优于男护生,理解、分析和综合能力弱于男护生(均P<0.01);情感态度维度中情绪情感、价值取向、专业发展女护生优于男护生(均P<0.01);动作技能维度中,模仿能力和熟练程度女护生优于男护生,知觉和整和能力比男护生弱(均P<0.01)。结论女护生较男护生对护理事业有更深的认识,兴趣更高,对护理事业的发展持更乐观的态度。应依据男女护生专业学习认知、情感和技能特点因材施教。Objective To compare male and female nurse students' diversity in specialty learning from such 3 aspects as cognition, emotion and skill. Methods Totally, 51 male nurse students and 220 female counterparts admitted in 2005 or 2006 were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire in terms of cognition, emotion and skill. Results Female nurse students achieved higher total scores than male students; male students scored higher in cognition than female, while female students scored higher in emotion and skills (P^O. 01 for all). Specifically, in cognition dimension, female students had better memorizing ability, while their ability of comprehension, reasoning and Over-all ability were poorer (P^O. 01 for all); in emotion dimension, female students achieved higher scores in subdimensions of affection, value orientation, and specialty development (P^O. 01 for all) ~ in skill dimension, fe- male students achieved higher scores in subdimensions of imitation and skillfulness, and lower scores in perception and integration (P^O. O1 for all). Conclusion Female nurse students have a deeper insight into and more interest in the nursing profession. They are optimistic with the development of the profession. Education for both male and female students should be in accordance with their aptitude.
