摘　　要：主要研究线性微分多项式的值分布,建立了两个不等式,其结果是杨乐的两个定理的推广.例子表明,所得定理的条件是基本的.It is studied whether the derivative f^（k） in Hayman-Yang＇s inequality can be replaced by a general linear differential polynomial a0f＋a1f′＋…＋akf^（k） or not, and is solved completely. The examples are provided to show that the conditions of two theorems obtained in the present paper are essential.
