摘　　要：本文利用特尔菲法和层次分析法的原理和方法,探讨了教师专业技能评价体系影响因素的评价问题,给出了一种合理的评价指标体系构建方法,确定了影响教师专业技能评价的指标体系,并建立了层次结构模型,能更好的促进教师专业技能综合培养。Using Delphi and Analytical Hierar-chy Process theory and methods In this paper, to explore the factors that affect the evaluation of the problem on the evaluation system of the teacher professional expertise training, to get a reasonable evaluation method of building a system, to determine the evaluation system of the teacher professional expertise training and the establishment of a hierarchy model, it could be better promote the teacher professional expertis＇ integrated capacity.
