摘　　要：高职院校培养的学生能否胜任岗位工作,既要看其专业知识与技能的掌握程度,更要看其对待工作的态度和责任心,即职业道德素质。高职院校必须充分认识职业道德教育在提高学生就业能力等方面的重要作用,克服当前职业道德教育中存在的问题,大力加强职业道德教育,培养出真正受社会欢迎的人才。Whether higher vocational school graduates could do their job well or not depends both on professional knowledge and skills in their fields, and more importantly on their working attitude and responsibility, that is their professional morality. Therefore, higher vocational schools ought to realize the importance of professional competence education, overcome the existing problems in education, strengthen teacher morality education and students＇ professional ethic education and cultivate the real talents with high popularity among the companies.
