摘　　要：本文的主要目的在于分析美国博士生教育评价体系在现实驱动与学术引领下的演变趋势。研究发现,美国博士生教育评价体系变化呈现四个特征:(1)评价指标从以教育投入为主到以教育绩效为主;(2)评价对象从教师中心转向学生中心;(3)对学生的评价从关注结果到关注过程;(4)评价方式从终结性评价到形成性评价。基于美国博士教育评价体系发展过程中的经验教训,为提高我国博士教育评价的质量提出三点建议:建立与质量目标高度相关的指标体系;充分发挥评估的改进功能;高度重视博士生学习过程评价。This paper mainly aims at analyzing the evolvement trend of American doctoral education evaluation system under the practice-driven and academic-leading condition. The result shows that this system develops with four major characteristics： （1）the evaluation index changes from input-oriented to output-oriented; （2） the evaluation object changes from teacher：centered to student-centered; （3）the evaluation for students changes from result-based to process-based;（4） the evaluation mode changes from summative to formative evaluation. Based on the American lessons, the following enlightenments are recommended for Chinese doctoral education quality improvement： to establish index system highly related to quality goal, to exert the improvement function of assessment and to emphasize the evaluation of study process of doctoral students.
