摘  要:目的研究富硒超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)绿茶对老龄大鼠机体抗氧化能力的影响。方法14月龄雌性清洁级SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为空白对照组、普通绿茶组和富硒SOD绿茶组,每组10只。饲喂常规饲料基础上分别灌胃蒸馏水、普通绿茶粉溶液、富硒SOD绿茶粉溶液。45d后测定各组大鼠血清和肝脏的SOD、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,丙二醛(MDA)含量及血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)。结果普通绿茶组血清MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.01),血清SOD和肝组织GSH-Px的活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);富硒SOD绿茶组动物各项指标测定值与普通绿茶组和空白对照组相比差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普通绿茶和富硒SOD绿茶均能有效提高老龄大鼠机体抗氧化能力,但富硒SOD绿茶效果更好。Objectives To study the effects of green tea rich with selenium and supero (SOD) on antioxidantability capacity in aged rats. Methods Thirty 14-month-old female SD xide dismutase rats were randomly divided into control group, ordinary green tea group and green tea rich with selenium and SOD group. The rats in the 3 groups were perfused with distilled water, ordinary green tea powder solution or the solution riehed from the special tea, and fed with standard chow. Forty-five days later, the activity of SOD and glutathione peroxidase ( GSH-Px), the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in their serum and livers as well as the total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in their serum were detected. Results The serum content of MDA of the ordinary green tea group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 〈 0.01 ) , while the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in the blood serum and liver were markedly higher than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The rats in the green tea rich with selenium and SOD group had markedly better antioxidant capacity than the ordinary tea group and control group. Conclusion Green tea with or without selenium and SOD richness can improve antioxidant capacity of the aged rats, but the later is more effective.
