摘 要:目的:通过对两种玻璃离子充填窝洞边缘密封性和扫描电镜研究,为临床应用的可靠性提供理论依据。方法:采用人的离体双尖牙,在颊面颈部制备洞形,以光固化玻璃离子或普通玻璃离子充填窝洞,扫描电镜观察比较两种试验材料与洞壁的密封性。结果:光固化玻璃离子与洞壁相互嵌合,紧密粘结在一起。普通玻璃离子与洞壁间有10μm~70μm的缝隙存在,边缘不整齐。结论:光固化玻璃离子与洞壁的密封性优于普通玻璃离子。Aim this investigation observed border seal ability of two types glass ionomer (light-cured glass ionomer and common glass ionomer) by SEM and provided theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods: The experiment collected humen isolated bicuspid, prepared cavity in buccal cervical part and filled with light-cured glass ionomer or common glass ionomer. We compared the border seal ability between two experiment materials by SEM. Results:The results showed that there were a 10um to 70um gap and rough border between common glass ionomer and cavity walls. Conclusion: The border seal ability of ligth-cured glass ionomer was much better then common glass ionomer.
