摘　　要：微观层次的学科,是一种知识生产、共享、传播、创新的重要知识型组织,在学科组织中导入知识管理,能够促进知识交流与共享、推动组织创新能力。在阐述学科组织的知识管理内涵、分析学科组织知识管理现状的基础上,提出了一系列适应于学科组织的知识管理策略,旨在推动学科中个人与组织的双重知识创新。Into a discipline, an important knowledge-based organization of knowledge production, sharing, communication and innovation, knowledge management is not only conducive to the exchange and sharing of knowledge, but also help promote the organization innovation capability. This paper discusses the content and means of knowledge management in the discipline. By a series of strategy, the knowledge can be effectively created, circulated and value-added, and then continue to innovate.
