摘  要:改革开放以来农村基础教育政策不断完善和创新,教育观念逐渐彰显平等化,管理体制逐渐统筹化,投入体制逐渐福利化,办学形式逐渐多样化。这些政策的应用促进了农村基础教育的很大发展,但也存在一定的不足,所以要继续更新观念,完善新机制,实施弱势补偿,实行依法治教,推动农村基础教育的长足发展。Since Reform and Opening, policies on basic education in rural areas are on a steady improvement and innovation. Ideas of education underline equality. The system of management becomes unified. Investment mechanism gradually becomes welfare-oriented. Forms of running schools are diversified. The application of such policies has promoted a great development in the basic education of rural areas. But there exist still certain insufficiencies. Therefore it is necessary to update the concept, to perfect the new mechanism, to implement complementation, to administer schools according to the law so as to promote a rapid development of basic education in rural areas.
