摘　　要：健康是人类繁衍和民族生存发展的永恒主题,实施健康教育,是深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育,贯彻"健康第一"指导思想的实质性举措.随着高等教育思想的不断深化,高校健康教育对人才培养的良好作用越来越受到人们的重视.文章在介绍健康教育的概念及重要性的基础上,对我国高校健康教育进行了反思,指出了我国高校健康教育中存在的问题.最后,提出了高校健康教育发展的建议.Health is the eternal theme of national survival and reproduction. Health education is substantive initiatives to deepen the reform, comprehensively promote quality education, and implement ＂Health First＂ guiding ideology. Along with the continuous deepening of higher education, good health education in colleges and universities has been paid to the role. On the basis of introduce of the concept and importance of health education, reflection of the university health education, it points out the problems that exist in our health education. Finally, it puts forward a proposal for development of health education of the college.
