摘　　要：职业教育实行工学交替势在必行,广东交通职业技术学院物流管理专业在深入研究高职教学规律和人才培养模式改革实践的基础上,提出"二阶段准员工"工学交替教学模式,并具"工学交替"进程安排,模式的基本特征,工作学期的运作方式等问题进行系统研究和实践。It is necessary for vocational education to implement study alternating with practice system,Logistics Management based＇on profound probing of higher vocational education and practice of studying reforming, the authors put forward teaching mode for study alternating with practice of prospective employees, systems research and practice base on process of Study Alternating with practice, and the basic characteristics of the model, and operation of the work semester.
