顺德职业技术学院办学理念内涵及践行路径探析

摘　　要：为了探索高职院校办学理念的可行路径,文中基于工作中的实际以及新时代的要求,在对顺德职业技术学院办学理念的内涵进行剖析之后,提出了践行办学理念的可行路径,即构建体现"以人为本"教育理念的"平台+模块"的"学分制"人才培养模式以及践行"工学结合"高职教育途径的"三、三、三"专业课程开发模式。最后,文中指出应通过解放思想、运用科学发展观来加强制度建设以保障办学理念的真正实施。To explore the path to realize running idea of higher vocational education college,this paper takes Shunde Polytechnic as an example and discusses its running ideas and how to put them into practice. It＇s the first time for the paper to bring forward the Talent-Cultivating Mode of the Credit System under ＂Platforms＋Modules＂ which put the people-oriented philosophy into practice and ＂333＂ curricular development mode which provides the feasible way to combine work and study. At the end,this paper points out that regulations should be redesigned to make sure that the running ideas can work and take effect.
