摘　　要：教师进行个人知识管理,不仅可以提升自身竞争力,同时对于知识传播、经验累加以及人才培养都是极有利的手段。Blog的普及为教师个人知识管理提供了更广阔的空间,使更多的人参与到知识共享的乐趣中。本文在分析Blog特点的基础上,探讨了Blog在教师个人知识管理中的应用。Teachers＇ personal knowledge management can promote personal competition,and it＂ s also a useful method to spread knowledge,accumulate experience and foster person with high ability. The Popularization of Blog provide a broader space for teachers, personal knowledge management,and Enable more people to participate in knowledge sharing in the fun. Under the basis of analyzing the characteristics of Blog,this article makes a study on using Blog in teachers＇ personal knowledge management.
