摘  要:高职教育的目标是培养生产、管理、服务第一线的高级应用型人才,因而决定了高职院校的教师应具备一定的专业实践能力,"双师型"教师的培养也就成为高职院校师资队伍建设的特色和重点。因此,高职院校教师实践能力培养,需要合理的运行机制和完善的方法体系来支撑。The goal of higher vocational education is to train the first line of advanced applicable talents of production, management, service. Therefore, it decides that teachers in higher vocational colleges should possess the nccessary, professional ability in practice. The training of double-quality teachers becomes the character and emphasis of teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, teachers' practical ability training in higher vocational colleges need rational performing mechanism and perfect method system to support.
