摘　　要：高校新生入学教育,是引导和帮助新生树立远大目标,以良好的精神风貌投入大学生活的第一课,直接影响学生在校期间的行为和发展。从一个新生辅导员的角度,分析了其重要性,同时对高校新生入学教育需要做好理想目标、学习适应、心理适应等几个方面提出了自己的建议。For leading and helping the freshmen to set up a great goal and coming into the college life with high spirte, the preparatory education for college students the first lesson. It will affect directly the students＇ behavior and improvement. It is important for the students to become full-developed so- cialist constructors and successors. This paper which is from the view of a freshman＇s consultant ana- lyzes the importance of the education, and gives some suggestions on this education.
